Eden- Resort Hotel

Cattle Bay, Eden NSW

Four storey eco-friendly hotel and adjoining two, three and four-storey residential development located on the site of the former Heinz Tuna Cannery. This large-scale medium- density development is designed to create a new focus for the area following the closure of the cannery. It takes advantage of the idyllic South Coast setting to provide an eco-friendly tourism setting, greater employment opportunities and an upgraded quality of housing in the immediate vicinity. 
 
The hotel is constructed of sandstone and painted masonry, with large glassed areas to capture the views. Residences are constructed of masonry and selected painted timber. Underground parking will also be provided. Resort hotel and residential development on the NSW south coast accommodating  a 60 room hotel, 63 serviced apartments, 11 houses & 59 Apartments.

Covent Garden Hotel

Hay St, Sydney

Located in Sydney’s Chinatown, this three story Heritage Hotel is being refurbished and modernised to maintain its historical significance, whilst still accommodating the increasing demand in the area.

Original internal features, such as the staircase, timber doors with fanlights, architraves, dados and skirtings, are being retained. Specialist interior designers have been engaged to further enhance period features of the hotel.

There will be an emphasis on providing fresh air and light into the hotel. A new internal lift will improve access for disabled persons, especially to the upper levels.
